"Le Ciel" has an ethereal, slightly eerie, but extremely beautiful melody with very powerful lyrics. Gackt's vocal and lyrical talents are at its best in this song.
Even the music video is memorable, probably one of Malice Mizer's best during their Gackt period. All of the members are almost godlike, with a very graceful state about them, and are wearing possibly some of the coolest visual kei outfits in all of jrock... just mind the fingernails.

Still raw under the Moonchild spell. I surfed up this funny Which Gackt are you quiz. (Joey, "kasalanan mo ito!" haha.) But thank you for introducing me to Gackt, at least I have something new to surf about.

Judging from the photos I see of him around the internet, he is very unpredictable. A chameleon in more ways that one. The only ever-present accent he has are his eyeliners and contacts.

Moonchild is a Japanese movie. It's rather nicely done, the story is well told (compared to other Japanese-anime-like-with-real-people movies that I've seen) and the playing cast are really anime-like. Joey lent me the DVD mainly because of this crush I had with Taro Yamamoto, a Battle-Royale cast and he plays a character in Moonchild. But while watching I couldn't help noticing Gackt. He doesn't really have an overtly attractive manly-face, but it's more of the aura he carries. Women are goofs for mysterious looking guys. And with that trait around coupled with his androgynous features, seeing Gackt will soften you up (that is if you actually like men wearing make-up).
