Your score is: 20
You appear to be suffering from moderate depressive symptoms, commonly associated with depressive disorders.
You may be feeling hopeless and uninterested in life, eating or sleeping more or less than usual, and/or feeling less interest and pleaure in sex. But this illness may also cause other symptoms not easily recognized as depression, such as anxiety, irritability, agitation, or chronic indecisiveness. In other words, you can suffer a depression and not feel blue.
These symptoms appear to be causing you some noticeable signs of impairment and distress, and you would probably benefit from the attention of a trained mental health professional for further evaluation and a more comprehensive diagnosis.

I know I don't show it. But I am.
Only problem is, I don't know why.
It's been going on and off for months now. I am having a hard time shaking it off. Haunting me mostly at night, point in time I feel most vulnerable is when I'm alone in my head without anyone to talk to. But what is there to talk about when I don't have any idea what's making me feel so depressed.
At first I just thought it was all due to my bestfriend leaving for singapore. Months passed, it's still here as fresh as when it first pounced on me.
...
I think I'm going crazy...crispin, is that you?
